The Jeremy Anderson Group partnered with a national team of curriculum directors, diversity, equity, and inclusion administrators, principals, and counselors to develop this high-quality, research-based, culturally responsive, interactive content called, “Next Level Students,” “Next Level Teaching,” and “Next Level Parents.”

The K12 “Next Level Student” SEL curriculum is designed to provide students the opportunity to build character as a foundation for being successful inside and outside of the classroom. Throughout each session, students learn to manage emotions, set goals, make responsible decisions, build quality relationships, and learn how to have empathy for each other. The curriculum is aligned with state standards and CASEL’s 5 Core Competencies of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.

There are also K-12 Digital Options for virtual learning. Contact us today to discuss which option is best for your school!

“Next Level Students” curriculum focuses on students becoming the best versions of themselves. Many students have low self-worth and don't see the value in education. Some of them are plagued with peer pressure, bullying, depression, homelessness, substance abuse, and issues at home. This curriculum was created to tackle these issues while helping to shape a student’s character and features powerful life lessons that give students proven steps to help them change their perspective and outlook on life. The Jeremy Anderson Group, LLC, is fortunate to work with an amazing team of educators with over 54 years of combined classroom experience. The lessons focus on the whole child and can easily be incorporated into PBIS.

module-breakdown.jpg

Module 1: A student’s outlook on life. Students need to have a purpose in life. We discuss the importance of good character and taking responsibility for one’s actions. The goal of this module is to help students become accountable and responsible for their life.

Module 2: The student and family or lack thereof. Many students come from broken homes and/or have absent parents. Some students who have parents or family present may find it difficult to communicate with them. In this module the student will learn that their DNA does not determine their destiny, their decisions do!

Module 3: The student and their relationship with the school. The goal of this module is for students to truly understand the importance of education as well as the importance of pursuing college or trade school, etc. Students will understand the purpose of respecting teachers and administrators. This module also discusses how to stop bullying in school.

Module 4: The student and their future. Dreams can truly come true. We talk about the importance of respect, honor, hard work, and sacrifice. Choosing the right friends and environment and the necessity of finding positive mentors are discussed. The goal of this module is for the student to know that their current condition does not have to be their future conclusion!
