School culture generally refers to the way teachers and other staff members work together and the set of beliefs, values, and assumptions they share, however it also involves establishing an environment where student feel supported, safe, and motivated!
In this 40-50 minute training presentation, Jeremy shows your staff how they can contribute to the shifting of the school’s culture by focusing on their culture in the classroom. He also explores the attitude and expectations of teachers and how that can help to enhance the culture within the classroom, and school as a whole.
